OBJECTIVES OF TEAM BUILDING

1: Proactive Response Team;  train employees to target, assess and track the potential for ergonomic issues before they arise, and to create a proactive response to existing ergonomic obstacles eliminating the “Pandora’s Box” fear and unnecessary ergonomic costs.

2: Trained Team will be able to educate employees on how to reduce the risk of ergonomic injury and when necessary, correctly identify issues that can become a medical problem.
